Laurence & Michel Robin – France – Project 60 interview

Project 60 interview with Laurence and Michel living off grid in the French Alps where they run an Auberge above Morzine.

Nearly Wild Project 60 – interview with Laurence and Michel Robin of Chalet D’Alpage, near the Cote D’Arbroz above Morzine in the French Alps. This couple really try to live in tune with nature on so many levels. As well as helping Laurence with the restaurant, Michel has worked as a local guide to the mountains, and he is passionate about their flora and fauna. They are both a real inspiration. At the chalet they serve traditional food from the area, often incorporating foraged ingredients. They generate much of their power from solar (with a small generator for back up), heat with local wood and share this amazing place with many visitors. The interview is mainly in French.
