Rick Southwood – Project 60 interview

Rick Southwood is based on the Norfolk Broads and works for Natural England (https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/natural-england) where he is responsible for some amazing habitats, both marshland and coastal.

In this interview (much filmed out on the Hoveton Great Broad marshes) we discuss his work, the Hoveton Great Broad restoration project and how Rick got to do this work. This is also the area I grew up and so I have known it well for many years. As one of my friends said recently, “so you grew up living Swallows and Amazons Steve!”
